Welcome to Skincare By Mindy accessing or using our website, booking services, or purchasing products through this site, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services and Treatments

Mindy provides professional skincare treatments, including oncology-focused facials, hormonal and teen acne care, seasonal services, and home care recommendations using iS Clinical products. All services are provided based on an initial consultation and ongoing assessment to ensure they are suitable for your skin's condition and needs.

Disclaimer: While our treatments aim to support healthy skin, they are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Please consult a healthcare provider for medical concerns.

2. Booking and Cancellation Policy

Appointments must be booked in advance via our online system or directly with Mindy.
Cancellations require at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time may incur a fee of 50% of the service price.
No-shows will be charged the full price of the missed service.

3. Payment Terms

Payments are accepted via credit/debit card, digital payment, or gift card at the time of service.
All product purchases are final unless a product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

4. Privacy and Confidentiality

We are committed to protecting your personal information. All client records are confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing personalized skincare services. We do not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

5. Product Use and Liability

Our product recommendations are based on professional assessment and clinically validated formulations. However, individual skin reactions may occur. Mindy is not liable for reactions or adverse effects unless caused by negligence.

Please follow usage instructions provided during consultations or listed on product packaging. Do not self-prescribe or combine products with non-recommended skincare lines without guidance.

6. Medical and Safety Disclaimer

Services are provided for skincare purposes and are not intended to treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Clients undergoing cancer treatment must inform Mindy prior to booking. Oncology-safe treatments are available but require full disclosure of medical history and active treatments.
Please disclose any allergies, medications, or health conditions before your appointment.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, images, branding, and treatment descriptions, is the property of Skincare By Mindy and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

8. Changes to Terms
